We totally get that!<\/p>\n<p>That's why we offer a cheap 45-day trial if you live in a country where we don't yet have physical stores. We invite you to try out CANVAS at home, where you can judge it with your own ears. Should the product not be to your liking, we will arrange the return shipment and refund your purchase. If for some reason you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us by email at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hello@canvashifi.com\">hello@canvashifi.com<\/a>. Depending on your location we will either arrange pickup or provide you with a return label. When the product has been returned and we have verified its condition, we will begin the refund process which can take up to 30 days. The \u20ac100 \/ \u20ac200 return fee\u00a0will be deducted from the refund. Returns not in the original shipping box will not be accepted.
