Our approach to product security reflects industry best practices and full compliance with relevant regulations, including the UK Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) regime.

Security Updates

We provide over-the-air (OTA) software updates to continuously improve product performance and address potential vulnerabilities. Security updates are applied automatically, with no user action required.

Support and Update Period

We guarantee security updates and support for a minimum of three years from the date of purchase.

We welcome reports from the security community. If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability in a CANVAS product or service, please contact us at hello@canvashifi.com, we'll reply within 24 hours. We will investigate all reports and respond promptly.
