How do i install CANVAS HiFi?

Can CANVAS be used with all sizes of TVs?
Yes, CANVAS can be used with all sizes of TV, but you will achieve the best design result
with 55", 65", 75" or 77" if you order CANVAS that fits the
size perfectly. For all other sizes, we recommend that customers hang CANVAS under the TV or standing on a shelf, just as you would normally do with a sound
bar.
Can all TVs be mounted on CANVAS?
Yes, all flat-screen TVs can be mounted on CANVAS but in terms of design the sizes
55", 65", 75" or 77" will be the best fit. The included universal bracket not only ensures you can use your current TV, but the flexibility of the bracket also ensures that CANVAS will fit with a newer TV if you decide to upgrade your TV. If you choose a larger TV when upgrading, CANVAS can also be adapted to the design by simply adding a larger front.
Can CANVAS be used without a TV?
Yes, CANVAS can be used when your TV is off or without any TV as a HiFi music system
standing on a shelf or hanging on the wall.
When your TV is switched off or if no TV is connected at all, CANVAS must be operated
with your tablet, computer or smartphone, where you will have unlimited access
to your favorite music or other entertainment.
What is your shipping policy?
When you order a CANVAS product, we cover the shipping costs (for orders over 2000 euros), import duties, insurance, and all taxes—essentially, all expenses to your doorstep. This simplicity for us ensures that you can rest assured, knowing that no additional costs will be added when importing our products.
There is one exception to this. Credit / Debit card fees are not covered by us. We recommend Visa over Mastercard as it is cheaper in foreign transaction fees.
How does this work?
Within the EU and US, it will be just like buying anything else from a webshop located in your country as we have warehouses in these regions. Outside of the EU and US you will get an import bill, including whatever local taxes your country have. You will have to pay this bill as the product is imported in your name.This is a standard procedure, but we offer to cover this import bill for you. To do so, please email us at hello@canvashifi.com with your order number and attach a picture of the import bill. We will then refund you the corresponding cost directly to the card you used for the purchase.
What if I don't like the product?
The Return Process
As confident as we are in CANVAS, we understand that not everything is for everyone. If you feel that CANVAS is not for you, the first thing to do is to send an email within 14 days of receiving the products or 45 days if you live in a country without physical stores. Send to hello@canvashifi.com and inform us that you would like to return your purchase. Please be sure to include the reason why. It's very important that you pack CANVAS exactly like you received it in the original shipping box. Shortly afterwards, we will respond to your request. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you, which you tape on the box and deliver it to a UPS store near you. In most countries, pickup could also be arranged at a desired date, but would require you to be home all day.
Wait for the product to land at a CANVAS approved destination. This process typically takes anywhere between 3 – 10 business days. It depends entirely on where the product is coming from. Once the product arrives, we'll inspect the product to make sure that it arrived with all the original materials and is in like-new condition. Provided everything looks good, which it almost always does, then we will reach out to you and let you know that the product has been received and that the refund is being processed. In our experience, it usually takes anywhere from 7 to 10 days for the money to return to your account. The €100 / €200 return fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Return fee is per product shipped.
If you have been charged import taxes on your delivered products, you are responsible for claiming a refund from the given carrier that charged you (DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS).
Our warranty policy
- CANVAS provides 3-year extended warranty on
all products sold. - The warranty covers manufacturing defects,
which includes spare parts and labor. - The warranty does not cover scratches/minor damage, wear and tear, misuse, incorrect connection, inadequate general maintenance, cracked cabinet finish, theft or fire.
- The warranty is valid only when accompanied by a warranty certificate containing information including the date of purchase.
- If a warranty case necessitates the replacement of parts that are no longer available, we will replace them with a similar component or product.

What happens if something breaks?
You will be happy to hear that we have designed our products to be easily fixable by yourself, so shipping back and forth is not necessary should any part break. Contact us, and we will take you through the process on how to exchange the driver, amp module or anything like that.
We will provide you with the parts needed, along with the guidance on how to exchange the part within minutes - trust us, it's extremely easy! During this process, you are of course still covered under our warranty.
In case a product needs to be returned to
us, original packaging is required for return shipment.
